Discover "Mon étoile", the first single from this singer from Saint-Raphaël

Patricia Landi, whose stage name is Judy, has released her first single, titled Mon étoile . The singer from the band "Blackjack" is embarking on a side project with her partner, Sébastien Michel. He wrote the lyrics.

Originally, it was a romantic poem addressed to the Raphaëloise, later adapted for music. " It's the story of an encounter under an olive tree. Ours, seven years ago. We crossed paths several times after that. It was a kind of impossible love that finally came true ," says the author.

The music evokes themes of love and eternity in an electro-pop style. " I'm stepping out of my comfort zone; it's the first time I've worked on a new album. Also, the band has a pop-rock style, with a deeper tone ," explains Judy.

"Touching through a story"

This track won't be their only one; four other lyrics have already been written. " The goal is to make an EP, a mini-album ," announces Sébastien Michel.

To record this music, the couple collaborated with composer Rémy Bailet. " We worked together for two months on Mon étoile . His studio made it easy for us to record ," the singer rejoices.

The duo has a goal with this single. " We want to touch people through a story and allow as many people as possible to identify with it ," insists Judy.
